History

Nafisa Bhagat and Ayesha Rauf opened Whiz Kidz Tutoring in September of 2014. With over 30 years of teaching experience, they wanted to improve child's abilities in math and language arts. Individualized attention, meeting every students educational needs, and following the school curriculum is their philosophy.

Tutored 2500+ hours to students between K-8 in math and language arts, helping students perform better and excel in school. Designed comprehensive curriculum consisting of 9000+ pages of worksheets containing practice problems and study resources, creating a unique educational experience for children that develops problem solving and writing ability.

Nafisa Bhagat

After earning a Bachelor of Psychology degree from the University of Bombay, she went on to complete her teaching certification for elementary school education. Then she started working at Little Star Elementary School, teaching students between the ages of 3 to 10. After working there for 9 years and becoming a senior teacher, she left to help start Kids Stuff Elementary School in India. When she moved to the United States, she worked at Brookfield Academy in Rochester Hills for 4 years before starting Whiz Kidz Tutoring Center in 2014.

Aeijaz Bhagat

Computer Engineer with over 30 years in computer controls with emphasis in digital communications, network infrastructure and systems architecture. Uses his knowledge of the subject to inspire children and their love towards mathematics.
